We were spending the weekend in San Diego for my wife’s birthday and I contacted Elite baking to make a cake and deliver it to the hotel. They were extremely easy to work with and communication was great. They delivered the cake to the hotel we were staying at prior to our arrival and were very accommodating. The best part, the cake looked amazing and tasted even better. I would definitely order from them again and recommend to anyone.

I can’t recommend Elite Baking enough! I reached out to Anusha with a very last-minute request for a gender reveal cake, and she responded almost immediately and was so accommodating throughout the entire process. I sent her a few inspiration photos, and she somehow created a cake that was even more beautiful than I imagined. The attention to detail was incredible, and it honestly became one of the highlights of the celebration. When it came time for the reveal, the inside of the cake was the most vibrant blue, making for such a fun and unforgettable surprise. My best friend and her husband absolutely loved it..they couldn’t stop admiring the cake before we even cut into it! On top of how gorgeous it was, it tasted amazing. Everyone enjoyed celebrating with a slice after the big reveal, and there wasn’t much left by the end of the party. If you’re looking for someone who creates stunning custom cakes that taste just as incredible as they look, I highly recommend Elite Baking. ** Highly Recommend Anu for Custom Cakes & Cupcakes!** We recently used Anu to make the custom cake and cupcakes for a birthday party, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! I worked closely with Anu on the design for the main cake, and she was incredibly collaborative, patient, and attentive to every detail we discussed. The final product turned out absolutely stunning. Not only did everything look amazing, but it tasted phenomenal too. The two-tier funfetti birthday cake was perfectly moist and delicious, and the red velvet cupcakes were a massive hit with all of our guests. If you are looking for a baker who is talented, easy to work with, and delivers both on looks and taste, look no further than Anu. We will definitely be ordering from her again!

Elite Baking is my absolute favorite bakery. Anu is a completely lovely person and a true confectionary artist. We have work events every couple of months at my work and Anu has made us some truly beautiful creations. All I've had to do was send her a couple of idea photos and she takes it from there. Her creations are not only beautiful they're absolutely melt in your mouth delicious as well. We ordered a Pokémon-themed cake for our 6-year-old’s birthday, and despite the short notice, she did an incredible job. She was extremely accommodating and never made us feel like our last-minute request was an inconvenience. She carefully followed all our design ideas and brought them to life beautifully. The cake looked fantastic and tasted just as good—both kids and adults loved it! I highly recommend her for specialty cakes. This review may be a bit late, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to share how wonderful our experience was.
